Cancellation Policy
BOOKING: monthly schedules are released every 20th of every month. If any of the date/ times don’t work for you, feel free to reach out. I may be able to accommodate you. *** FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM FOR ANY LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS OR ANNOUNCEMENTS
NEW CLIENTS: please make sure to have filled out a consent form/ intake form for the service you have an appointment for 24 hours prior to your appointment *** LINKED ON MY INSTAGRAM BIO
NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure I can best serve all my clients, I kindly ask that you respect my cancellation policy.
* If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, there is no fee.
* If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
* If you cancel on the same day, or do not show up, the full 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
This helps me keep the schedule fair and available to everyone. Thank you so much for your understanding!
LATE POLICY: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will be canceled and charged the cancellation fee
